At present, there are three commonly used hot-dip galvanizing standards in the industry: national standard hot-dip galvanizing 600g / ㎡, non-standard 300g / ㎡ and 100g / ㎡. National standard hot-dip galvanizing is often used for class I highways such as general highways, and non-standard hot-dip galvanizing standards are mostly used for county and township highways and rural highways. After hot galvanizing, the corrosion resistance and service life of corrugated Guardrail will be greatly increased. Under the condition that the outdoor normal environment is not damaged, the galvanized 600g corrugated guardrail can be used for 15-30 years, and the one with thinner zinc layer can also be used for 3-5 years.
