Its technical conditions shall meet the requirements of carbon structure diagram. The yield point of steel shall not be less than 235mpa, and the tensile strength shall be in the range of 375-460mpa. When the bending radius is less than 1.5 times, no crack will occur.
The material of high strength bolt (refers to the splicing bolt between guard boards) shall be 45 steel or 20mntb steel, the yield point of steel shall not be greater than 990mpa, the tensile strength shall be greater than 1100mpa, the elongation shall be greater than or equal to 10%, the shrinkage rate shall be 42% and Rockwell hardness shall be hrc33-99.
The on-site inspection items of guardrail materials include: the size of guardrail column, guardrail board, anti blocking block, connection width and end related materials and galvanized quality. The galvanized thickness of the material shall meet the design requirements, and the zinc coating shall be free from falling off, pollution and damage, and the adhesion of the zinc layer shall be free from cracking and falling off after knocking as required.
