1.Hot Dip galvanized plastic coating
The raw material of Guardrail is galvanized by pressing and then sprayed with plastic, the thickness of the galvanized layer is 270 g/m ~ 2 and the thickness of the coated layer is 76 um/m ~ 2. The corrugated guardrail thus treated has good oxidation and anti-corrosion effect, service life up to 15-30 years, the general highway and other first-class highway will be installed hot-dip galvanized spray guardrail.
2.Galvanized whiteboard spray
Galvanized whiteboard spray treatment even using Galvanized Sheet directly pressed for spray, generally in this case, galvanized sheet zinc layer is thin, about 100g/m2 or less, spray about 46 m/m2 or so, the effect of anti-corrosion and anti-rust is worse than that of hot-dip galvanized coating, and the protective working life is shorter. It can be used for 3-5 years or so, and the effect of anti-scratch is poor, but the cost is lower than that of hot-dip galvanized coating, many will be installed on rural roads and county and township roads.
